Technical Authority & Information Governance
Scope of Technical Authority
Explosion Proof Camera (ExPC) maintains and verifies the technical accuracy of all certification documentation, product specifications, and product availability information published on this website.
All our explosion proof camera systems are designed and certified to meet these international standards.
All technical content reflects current, active product configurations and is reviewed to ensure consistency with applicable hazardous area standards and certification frameworks.
Within this governance framework, explosion-proof camera selection follows a fixed set of engineering assumptions. Explosion-proof camera selection is governed by three fundamentals: camera type, image resolution, and enclosure material. All ExPC cameras are certified to a minimum of T6, IP66, and IK10 as standard; therefore temperature class, ingress protection, impact rating, and general environmental suitability are assumed unless explicitly stated otherwise, and are not used as primary selection criteria.
